Types of data collected
Among the types of personal data that this application collects, by itself or through third parties, are: contact permission; camera permission; microphone permission; social media accounts permission; approximate (continuous) location permission; Cookies; usage data; email address; Password; unique device identifiers for advertising (Google Advertiser ID or IDFA, for example).
Personal data may be freely provided by the user or, in case of usage data, collected automatically when using this application.
Unless otherwise specified, all data requested by this application is mandatory and failure to provide this data may make it impossible for this application to provide its services. In cases where this application specifically indicates that some data is not mandatory, users are free not to communicate this data without consequences for the availability or operation of the service.
Users who are not sure about which personal data is mandatory can contact the owner.
Users are responsible for the personal data of third parties obtained, published or shared through this application and confirm that they have the consent of the third party to provide the data to the owner.
Method and place of data processing
The owner takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or unauthorized destruction of data.

The updated list of these parts can be requested from the Owner at any time.
Legal basis of the processing
The Owner may process the personal data relating to users if any of the following conditions are met:

Note: Under some legislations, the owner may be authorized to process personal data until the User objects to such processing (”opt-out»), without having to rely on consent or any other of the following legal bases. This, however, does not apply as long as the processing of Personal Data is subject to European Data Protection Law;
the provision of data is necessary for the execution of an agreement with the User and/or for any pre-contractual obligation thereof;
the processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation to which the holder is subject;
the processing is related to a task that is carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority conferred on the owner;
the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the owner or by a third party.
In any case, the owner will be happy to help clarify the specific legal basis that applies to the processing, and in particular whether the provision of personal data is a legal or contractual requirement, or a requirement necessary to enter into a contract.
The data are processed at the owner’s operating offices and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located.
Depending on the user’s location, data transfers may involve the transfer of the User’s data to a country other than their own. For more information on the place of processing such transferred data, users can refer to the section containing details on the processing of personal data.
Users also have the right to know the legal basis of data transfers to a country outside of the European Union or to any international organization governed by public international law or set up by two or more countries, such as the UN, and about the security measures taken by the owner to safeguard their data.

Personal data will be processed and stored for the time required by the purpose for which they have been collected.
Personal data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the owner and the User will be kept until such contract has been fully executed.
Personal data collected for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the owner will be retained as long as necessary to fulfill those purposes. The Holder may retain the personal data for a longer period provided that the User has given his consent to such processing, provided that such consent is not withdrawn. In addition, the owner may be obliged to keep the personal data for a longer period whenever it is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation or by order of an Authority.
Once the retention period expires, the personal data will be deleted. Therefore, the right of access, the right of deletion, the right of rectification and the right to data portability cannot be exercised after the expiration of the retention period.
The purposes of the processing
The data concerning the user is collected to allow the owner to provide its service, comply with its legal obligations, respond to requests for compliance, protecting their rights and interests (or those of its users or third parties), detect any malicious activity or fraudulent, as well as the following: device permission to access to personal data, Analysis, registration and authentication, access to third party accounts, registration and authentication are provided directly by this application, and advertising.

Facebook permissions requested by this application
Facebook Facebook may request certain permissions from Facebook that allow it to perform actions with the User’s Facebook account and retrieve information, including personal data, from it.
